If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

For customers in the UK please use Royal Mail returns only to:

Please keep all proof of return and ensure you use a tracking service to ensure delivery coverage.

For international Customers please use the same returns address however please notify us of your return and your chosen shipping method along with any tracking details. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If an item is suspected of being worn no refund will be given and we can arrange for the item to be redelivered to you.  If the item is being returned due to a fault on the item, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the item. 

Sale items are refunded via Gift cards or exchange only.

If an item is received after 14 days of delivery we at 21st Mill will only exchange the item for the same item or issue a gift voucher to the value of your order.

Your item must be in the original packaging and still have all tags attached in the same way and positioning as it was received. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 4-5 working days or less depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
